Rig Ved Mandal 1, Shukt 1, Mantr 1

अग्निमिले - it is derived from अंग which indicates a strong and luminous movement. इले indicates an act of adoration, aspiration.
अग्नि in Rig Veda stands for cosmic will power united with wisdom. Human will power is a feeble projection of this power. In the journey the selfless actions (यज्ञ) towards attaining wisdom, this cosmic will power is invoked to collaborate with human will. This invocation is done through love and adoration towards अग्निदेव
रत्न - आनंद, ecstacy, happiness, realization. Only much later, this word started refering to jewels and weslth. In Veda this word has nothing to do with jewels and material wealth.
truth and ecstacy. One who has the ecstacy of the truth. Also ऋतु means season - the order of truth - its arrangement of time and circumstances. All the work towards perfection (यज्ञ) is sacrificed by the अग्नि according to the law, order and seadons. Note all actions are viewed as sacrifical.
Inferred out of - Rig Veda Samhita - mandal 1, by R L Kadhyap.
